Refund policy

How to request a refund or exchange

Please send an email to rockinstacks@gmail.com with your order # in the subject line. We will then communicate with you how to return the item. Once the the item is received, a refund will be issued.

Returns/Refunds
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the cost of sending the item(s) back.  

Processing of a Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and your refund will be processed; a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 days.

Haven’t seen your refund?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

No Refunds or Exchanges on Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. 

Replacement of defective items
We only replace items if they are defective within 30 days of your original purchase date. To begin your replacement process, please send us an email at rockinstacks@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. 

Shipping your item back to us
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

We will email you return instructions after we receive your request via email are rockinstacks@gmail.com.

We will make every effort to process your return, refund or exchange as quickly as possible. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
